PRIMER DIA EN NUEVA YORK

¡Hola Stars!

En la anterior entrada os hable de las primeras horas en esa gran ciudad soñada llamada New York, pues en ésta os cuento el primer día en NYC.

Día 1 ... 14.11.17

Desperté escuchando pitidos y me entró ganas e ilusión por salir y descubrir Manhattan. Al bajar al hall ya empezaba a ver mucha gente y al salir el fresco aire de la ciudad me recorrió las partes no cubiertas como mi cara, hacía 7º pero lo diferente a mi isla es que no hay humedad que calen mis huesos. Fuí directa hacia Time Square. Como ya era las 11:00h entré en un Pret a Manger (esta cadena de comida la había probado antes en Londres y la echaba de menos por el delicioso sabor que tienen) wrap + coca-cola por 9,53$

Con la barriga llena visité B&H en 420 de la 9th Ave, es el paraíso para los amantes de la electrónica con 6.500 m2 de tienda donde un curioso sistema de carriles recorre toda la tienda por el techo y por debajo de los mostradores para distribuir los pedidos de los clientes desde el almacén hasta cada vendedor. En la esquina de la calle había un Dunkin' Coffee (para algunos de vosotros no será exclusivo pero en Mallorca eliminaron esta cadena hace 5 años, por lo que al salir de la isla busco uno) y descubrí "Blue+topping" que estaba delicioso.

Como muchos sabéis hago colaboraciones en mi perfil de Instagram @Sooz_Star con diferentes marcas y en New York acordé con NEW YORK PASS de trabajar juntos. Puse rumbo a sus oficinas para recoger la mágica tarjeta que haría de mi estancia más inolvidable. New York Pass es la tarjeta turística de nueva york ideal para ahorrar tiempo y dinero en más de 90 atracciones de Nueva York (Empire State, 9/11 Memorial, American Museum, Brookling Bridge, Yankee Stadium, Lincon Center Tour, Top of the Rock Observatory, Statue of liberty, Radio City, Gospel Tour, Central Park Tv,...) hay disponible la APP "New York Pass" dónde puedes conocer todo sobre esta tarjeta.

Subí al Top of the Rock con la tarjeta New York Pass para ver el atardecer con Manhattan bajo mis pies a 70 pisos de altura y con tres miradores diferentes vi la ciudad a 360º, desde ningún otro lugar puedes disfrutar del verde Central Park y tener enfrente el Empire State Building. Para mí fue el mejor obstervatorio de dos que fui y sé perfectamente que volveré a subir la próxima vez que visite la ciudad de Nueva York porque vale la pena subir y desde diferentes horas y estaciones. Una sensación única en mi memoria.

Al salir disfruté viendo la pista de hielo de Rockefeller Center a ritmo de canciones de navidad y recordando escenas de películas que se han grabado allí mismo (la entrada un día normal cuesta $25 y el alquiler de patines $12), pero me la esperaba más grande aunque tiene una capacidad para 150 patinadores, no pude disfrutar del árbol de Navidad gigante porque aún lo estaban preparando para el encendido día 29 de noviembre y le tapaba una estructuras de hierro y madera. 

Una parada en Gran Central Station también sirvió para recordad, en este caso escenas de una de mis series favoritas "Gossip Girl" y no me pude resistir a realizar un vídeo en cámara rápida estando quieta en el medio mientras la gente pasaba a mi alrededor.

Ya con hambre en el piso de abajo son todo restaurantes y fui al Shake Shack dónde me habían hablado muy bien de esta cadena de comida rápida. (burger normal + patatas con queso + bebida pequeña por $11.89) he de decir que el pan brioche y la carne compacta no hace que sea la hamburguesa mejor que he probado de mi vida para eso @badalburger está en el número 1, por lo que esa noche a mi cena de puse un 5/5.

Y concluí ese primer día sin usar el metro yendo a la cama feliz pasando por un 24h a por una botella de agua (1L x $1.78) y una buena ducha caliente.

Day 1 ... 14.11.17

I woke up listening to beeps and I got excited and excited to go out and discover Manhattan. When I went down to the hall I began to see many people and when the cool air of the city came out I covered the uncovered parts like my face, it was 7º but what is different from my island is that there is no moisture to heat my bones. I went straight to Time Square. As it was already 11: 00h I went into a Pret a Manger (this food chain had tried it before in London and I missed it for the delicious flavor they have) wrap + coke for $ 9.53

With a full belly, I visited B & H at 420 on 9th Ave. It is a paradise for lovers of electronics with 6,500 m2 of store where a curious lane system runs through the store through the roof and below the counters to distribute orders of customers from the warehouse to each vendor. At the corner of the street there was a Dunkin 'Coffee (for some of you it will not be exclusive but in Mallorca they removed this chain 5 years ago, so when I left the island I look for one) and I discovered "Blue + topping" which was delicious .

I went to the Top of the Rock with the New York Pass card to see the sunset with Manhattan under my feet at 70 stories high and with three different viewpoints I saw the city at 360º, from any other place you can enjoy the green Central Park and have opposite the Empire State Building. For me it was the best obstervatorio of two that I went and I know perfectly that I will go back up the next time I visit New York City because it is worth going up and from different hours and seasons. A unique feeling in my memory.

When I left I enjoyed seeing the ice rink of Rockefeller Center to the rhythm of Christmas songs and remembering scenes from movies that were recorded there (the entrance on a normal day costs $ 25 and the skate rental $ 12), but I expected it to be bigger Although it has a capacity for 150 skaters, I could not enjoy the giant Christmas tree because it was still being prepared for the lighting on November 29 and it covered an iron and wood structures.

A stop at Gran Central Station also served as a reminder, in this case scenes from one of my favorite series "Gossip Girl" and I could not resist making a quick camera video while standing in the middle while people passed by.

Already hungry on the floor below are all restaurants and I went to the Shake Shack where they had spoken to me very well about this fast food chain. (normal burger + potatoes with cheese + small drink for $ 11.89) I have to say that brioche bread and compact meat does not make it the best burger I've ever tasted in my life for that @badalburger is at number 1.

And I ended that first day without using the metro going to bed happy going for a 24h for a bottle of water (1L x $ 1.78) and a good hot shower.
